The scenic island of Ko Si Chang is about 2 and a half hours from Bangkok.

This location is unique because it is run by a learning center. Besides planting Leather Corals on the coastline, you can visit a Thai island and the learning center of sea life. You can also do and learning how to reserve blue crab bank and talk to the caretakers
about how the coral reef and blue crab are being built up again.
